On the eve of her European tour in support of The Solution is Restless, Joan as Police Woman performs her amazingly kinetic new record, a collaboration with afrobeat drum legend Tony Allen, bassist Dave Okumu, and features from the likes of Damon Albarn. She sprinkled catalog favorites like The Magic and Tell Me.
